It says a lot about your staff and program when a guy that starts all 36 games wants to transfer at the end of the season.

Grant failed Lacey. He's probably be in the NBA right now if he had gone to Kentucky or Kansas. I absolutely blame Grant for this, and possibly ruining Lacey's basketball career. If that's not grounds for firing someone, I don't know what is. It's okay to lose games sometimes. It's not okay to ruin NBA prospects

I realize its bad of me to say this because its only 1 player and 1 player should never be bigger than the HC or program, but if this is true he should be fired immediately that is ridiculous
