but better late than never. Congrats on the series win. No doubt LSU has a great shot at getting to Omaha and I think the Hogs do as well. Here's hoping that we meet again in Omaha.

Very good chance it could be LSU, Arky, and Vandy in the CWS

If y'all can eliminate some of the costly errors, I think y'all do have a shot behind that pitching staff

Very good series. Happy to get out of there with 2 out of 3 but it was a nailbiter.

I am hanging my hopes on us finally settling into some kind of infield line-up and my belief that deep bullpens can prevail more often in the post season stretch.

It would be fun to be in Omaha with LSU.

You guys have a great team. Cut back on the errors and there is no doubt that your pitching could carry you to Omaha.

It seemed as if the line-up change worked fairly well for the hogs. Ficociello's stretch at first and removing Anderson from short seemed to strengthen their infield quite a bit. I'm happy LSU won the series and I think LSU has as good of a chance as anyone to take home the National championship. On the other hand, I still wouldn't want the team to come across Stanek in Omaha. That dude is a horse.

ETA: It was a great series. As much as I like to think this LSU team is the best in the SEC followed VERY closely by Vanderbilt, no matter the conference record, Arkansas isn't too far behind.

And it will help if we get the right matchup in the Regional and Super REgional....that is if we can get there.

Hawthorne said during the Sunday game they moved Anderson to the outfield

if that's true... it kinda hid him out there to help eliminate some of the errors

as it is... darn good series between 2 pretty good college baseball teams
