LSU or Vandy-(baseball) who would the SECr take?

Which team do you feel has a better chance to win it all this year? If you could slap your school logo on either of these teams, which would it be?

It really is a toss up. Pretty much 1A and 1B of the SEC right now.

I'd take LSU head to head, but Vandy to win the SEC b/c of their schedule may be a tiny bit easier.

I will say this. I've been watching LSU for a long time and this may be the most well rounded team I've ever seen. Only real weakness is Sunday starter position.

Based on UK's experience with LSU, I'd have to vote for the Bengals. Of course, we haven't played Vandy yet!

I've seen both play. I think they are very even teams right now. Three weeks ago, I would have said LSU had the advantage offensively and stellar fielding, but Vandy has been heating up since the Florida series. Our old Sunday starter has been looking really good in his limited innings coming off of injury, and Beede, our Saturday starter, is unhittable when he is in control, which has been the case since the beginning of the season. I'd say Vandy would win Sunday and LSU Friday with the Saturday game truly being a toss-up.
ETA: Watching LSU play at the Box is just incredible. I wish Vandy would start investing more in Hawkins Field. The new turf is great, and the team facilities are exceptional. But we need improvements for the fans.

I would take either team. I give LSU a tiny edge because of their ridiculous defense but if they played 10 games I wouldn't be at all surprised of they went 5-5. Both teams have great pitching, great hitting, and great defense.
Vandy has the edge in pitching, and LSU has the edge in hitting and defense. It's really a shame that they don't play this year.

Two great ball clubs this year. I read where Vandy has 17 drafted players on their roster. That's pretty damn ridiculous. Not sure on LSU.
Who would I take head to head? I read (this could be false) where Vandy has won the last 4 series vs. LSU so there may be a mental edge that Vandy holds over LSU and I should take Vandy or LSU would be due to break that streak.
I'd slap my Teams Logo on either but I guess I'd take Vandy's. Just too much Bamer in me to take an LSU team. LOL
I really hope Bama's team get's their shite back together and makes a run to close out the season and has some confidence going into tournament time.

I will also add that I'm really glad that we don't play Vanderbilt during the regular season this year! They are a well rounded team with good hitting and pitching.
