Me and a buddy are having a debate over which state is better to live in. What do y'all say?

It really depends. Louisiana seems much more industrial and doesn't have a whole lot of landscape diversity. In a geographical sense, Alabama is better. That's really the only conclusive edge I can come up with.

Louisiana. I've lived in both. Of course, there's no winning this debate.

Alabama has great hunting and fishing. Both have great food. LA wins on the party scene because of NOLA.

I pick La, but of course I'm born and raised here. How many places can you hunt, (ducks, deer, rabbit, squirrels) Fish, (fresh and salt) within 30 min of home.

Well, I can do that in Alabama

Alabama has hills in the north and a white sandy beach on pristine blue and green waters on the gulf. If I could live in one city of the 2 states it would be gulf shores or orange beach.

Only problem for me Rise, my job is 10min from home and it pays really well.

But I do really like the gulf shores/Orange Beach area.
