"Boudreaux was promoted to the SEC's permanent coordinator of basketball officials in April 2006. He has remained director of parks and recreation in Lafayette, La."

While getting over $100K a year to coordinate SEC basketball officials?

I applaud this guy, he was probably raking in almost $200, 000 between the two gigs. Unreal.

Interesting stats as an official. 156 T's in ten years. Actually had three ejections in one year early in his career. That's a lot of frequent flier miles back and forth to Cancun.

La-Lafayette alum. Why the hell did the REC ever hire this guy?

I watched an interesting video on YouTube last night of NBA refs '"wired". I wish they would do this all the time.
