The only thing to rise in that video is hillbilly peckers throughout Tennessee at the thought of having a real football team again.

The fall was the moment you(Vol PTB) allowed Foolmer to baststab JM.
The rise was the Foolmer gold you got during Happy McDoughnut's tenure as HC(which wasnt long)
