Should Louisville have been invited to the SEC over Mizzou?

Seems that they would have been a better fit than Missouri. I know that the SEC was trying to tap into the Kansas City market by adding Mizzou and already having a school close in proximity to Louisville played a factor. It would have been no different than Bama/Auburn and Miss State/Ole Miss in terms of having multiple teams in one state. The lure of money from other markets such as Kansas City should not have been the end all say all when it came down to it. Just seems that they would be a better fit.

No. Their fans are a bunch of jersey wearing douche bags that couldn't get in to Ohio St. They do not fit the SEC culture.

I always wondered, why do people hate people who wear jerseys to games so much? Yeah it looks kinda pathetic if you are a 50 year old man who wears a jersey on non game days, but if you can't wear them to a football game, then when the hell can you wear them?

I've come to the realization that some people on here can't afford jerseys so they bitch about the people that can. I don't wear one but it doesn't bother me what anyone wears to a game as long as they support the team. Who gives a rats arse what people wear. Some of the smart asses on here need a reality check. You can only live on daddy's money so long and if someone can only afford wal mart shirts, then i'm not going to chastise them over it. People need to stop thinking they are better than everybody else cause they front tuck their fricking polo shirts.

FWIW: We had a joint alumni watch party for the UGA/Mizzou game last season, and there were 8 guys wearing jerseys and two ladies. Mizzou had one guy.
