Richt's seat is a lot colder than interweb message board prognosticators believe.

If LSU were to start 0-2 in the SEC you know that 50% of the LSU fan base would be calling for Miles' head.

Granted even if he started 2-0 and the wins weren't convincing enough, 50% of the LSU fan base would be calling for Miles' head.

Seriously? He was like 8 yards from going to the national title last year.

1. Pinkel
2. Mullen

Three's a pretty difficult one. Kentucky won't through Mark Stoops out that quickly, same goes for Tenn and Butch, Arky Brett. I doubt Franklins seat even becomes warm if he loses to Ole Miss and South Carolina.

I'll go with Hugh Freeze but it's by default. And I only think it gets warm if Vandy goes balls deep (Something like 38-3). Then before the Bama game Texas slaughters them again and then Bama smashes them.

I don't think it will happen but that's my only prediction

if richt starts 0-2 it won't be sunshine and rainbows, that's for certain. then add a 3rd loss in september and maybe we can get the fire richt wagon back on track

There are probably only three coaches who wouldn't be feeling fan pressure with two opening losses:

1) Saban (of course)
2) Spurrier
3) Franklin

Of the coaches we care about Miles, Muschamp, and Richt would be feeling the most heat (Muschamp because that means he lost to Tennessee and Kentucky, Miles because its LSU and losing to Auburn this year would be considered a bad result) Sumlin losing to both Alabama and Arkansas would make for some roiled up Aggies but I don't see how they lose to Arkansas this year.

Muschamp would certainly shoot right onto the hot seat, may be #1 on the list. Losing to UT and UK would be disastrous.

I don't know if his seat will be hot, but if HCBMFB drops the first two for Arkansas - there will be some pissed off hog fans.
