Braves, Dawgs, and Falcons may all be more than just contenders this year.

The Falcons are the most likely to let us down. I just don't feel they have enough killers on defense to win the Super Bowl.

But I see the Braves winning the World Series, and the Dawgs winning the National Championship.

Eh same old shite for Atlanta/UGA. I was getting hopeful last year too. Until one of them actually gets it done I won't expect a championship run. All three should have terrific seasons though.

Dawgs gonna wi n the natty for sure this year! Third times a charm, and nobody can complain about an easy schedule this year. These Dawgs will be battle tested early! Braves look good early on, Falcons gotta get over the hump, like the off-season moves tho.

I won't go that far but it should be a good year for all 3 teams. Braves definitely have some good lookin' young players; watched a few games so far. Dawgs missed on some key players who could have made a difference. Not sure what to expect from the revamped defense. Less informed about the Falcons but replacing Turner was sorely needed. Just not sure if they got enough help on defense against the run which seemed to be their main problem.

Maybe the Braves.

Georgia will have to little defense to do much of anything this year sadly. Though I hope I'm wrong.

And I don't give a frick about the Falcons so I do not know who they have and don't have. But they definitely have a better shot than my team Green Bay I'd bet.

Falcons had a middle of the road or even below average defense last year and we were still one of the last 4 teams playing.

We just added SJax, which is going to make our offense better. All we need is the offense to get another TD a game and keep the defense off the field a bit longer, which can easily happen with this move.

The defense will be younger and more athletic in spots. Less rotations, less predictable.

The Falcons are hardly the weak-link in this trifecta. Tony came back for a reason.

The last few years I haven't become a falcons fan until after the Carolina game. I hope to not give a shite about the Falcons this year.

The signing of Steven Jackson was one of the biggest offseason moves by any contending team. If we save his legs for the playoffs and then runs like he is capable of, that could be the difference in closing out games like Atl has had so much trouble doing.

Exactly, that's what so many people fail to see. It doesn't matter if Jackson's legs are getting old. If ATL can enter the 2nd half with 20 point leads again, they can actually start running out the clock instead of the 3 and out pass play crap. In 5 drives, the game can be over with a decent running back. None of this come from behind shite from Seattle and SF.

I'm skeptical about the Abe release though. Radio says it's a ploy to possibly sign him back at half price, but I think I heard some other teams are looking at him so that idea might be fricked.

I'm hoping for the best and expecting the worst with the Falcons. Just had a little too much disappointment out of them lately.

Braves stand as much chance as anybody.

As for the Dawgs, my heart is already trying to go for the Kool Aid but my mind is staying realistic. In short, I hope the frick we win. That's all I will say at this point though.

I see The Firewind's recruiting tactics are working. The Disney King grows strong in the jungle.
