Since I live in Wichita area, I can't help rooting for them.

Besides, It is funny that beakers won't play Shockers, but they will play Fort Scott or Emporia. LOL

Dang, will Mizzou make it to Final Four in my lifetime?

WSU also made it to FF in 1965..... I'm rooting for them all the way, unless they end up playing Florida

I don't have a problem with WSU. Yeah, they are in the state of Kansas, but I can live with it. I'm kinda glad they won yesterday, mainly due to the David vs Goliath angle. OSU is always in the spotlight, and have grown kind of sick of 'em.

Living in KC, it was sweet to watch first hand the ku meltdown once they lost. Once ku got bounced, the tourney looks a whole lot better, and don't really care who wins now. It won't be the mythical dirty birds, and that's what counts, imho.

Well, sure there is that drawback.....but WSU fans around here are nothing like the pagans that pray to the mythical bird.

It is not the same kind of ecstatic happiness I would feel for a Mizzou FF, but some small pleasure, just the same.
