If they don't run into a close game, yes.

Otherwise, no.

That simple.

BD is one of the best coaches at getting his players to play well in the tournament, so I still have faith.

They have just as much a shot as anyone else in the country right now IMO.

Best thing that may happen to them is losing in the SEC Championship Game. It did for us last season.

No. There's another team from Florida that is though.

No.

The free throw shooting and general inability to close out close games has me very worried.

We did make it to the Elite 8 last year when we weren't supposed to though.

They have the potential to beat any team on any day. It's just a matter of of they do or not

Miami will get blown out in the second round.

Depends on the matchup, but watching them have difficulty in close games really diminishes my views on them for the final four.

I certainly don't think a first rd. exit like one poster in another thread mentioned.

No...they can not win a close game. The dance is about close games. Plus, Young has been no show lately.

It's all going to boil down to their region. Billy usually has his teams NCAA Tournament ready and there's no team in the country right now that you can even consider consistently dominant.

There's a good chance your NCAA Tournament Champ this season is a darkhorse.

The difference between this year's UF and last year's UF, is that they don't have a go to pure 1-on-1 scorer when they need to get a basket.

Bradley Beal was that guy, and his play elevated UF into the Elite 8 last year.
