The Cubs beat Japan in an exhibition a couple of days ago. Japan or the Dominican Republic will probably win the WBC.

I don't know who put the United States team together, but the U.S. didn't have shite in their offensive lineup.

Seems like the U.S. should be able to field a murderers row.

Instead they were knocked out by Puerto Rico. What a disgrace.

Didn't realize the SEC has expanded to the Chicago Cubs, but I like the direction the league is going.

Me and a friend were talking about this the day they were ousted. I didn't even know who some of the players were.

If you took the best American talent, you could probably fill two rosters that could make the championship round.

Most of the other countries have the majority of their best players. It's too bad that the Americans don't feel the same way. Money talks and bullshite walks.

First, wrong board. Second, this is fricking stupid. Are the Chicago Cubs restricted to only one nationality? Oh, so you're telling me that a club filled with different nationalities could beat a team that has restrictions? Oh. That makes sense. The Cubs can't even win the NL Central this season. Go frick yourself.

Well just the fact that hardly any of our top pitchers went ; verlander, strasburg, lee or Holliday hell even Matt Cain didn't go our best pitcher was gio Gonzalez and he only pitched once. As far as position players buster posey, pedroia, trout and many others didn't go . Just with the pitchers alone we would dominate. Eric hosmer was horrible at first base . Jimmy Rollins is old as dirt. The only position group we were half way decent was out field, third and catcher ; Adam jones , Stanton, mauer and David wright all were deserving .

First of all, this is an SEC board, idiot.

Second of all, one reason the WBC is so stupid is that no one who's actually good at baseball and intelligent wants their good players playing in it because of injury risk. The reason the US team wasn't that good is because no one cares about the WBC.
