What kind of paint should I use on my new cornhole boards

I just finished assembly of my first set of corn hole boards and have them primed and ready for paint. What kind of paint should I use, semi gloss? Also, would you recommend a clear coat of some kind? If so should I put decals on before or after the clear coat?

I've heard it called Bags or Cornhole but most seem to call it Cornhole so I went with that.

It has been everything I can do to hold back posting images of a cornholio in this thread. I found a great pic, though potentially perma-bannable.

It's called cornhole in Columbia. Never heard it called anything else. Bags is a stupid name.

Design an image, take it to a sign guy and have him make a laminate, put the laminate on top. I did that to mine, and we love 'em
