UK basketball fans are the rudest, most obnoxious fans I've been around .......

......= 'bama fball fans.
Tennessee fans a close 2nd.
Here in Nashville for SECT. Am sick and tired of being bumped into & blocked as tho' I wasn't even there. I don't mean in crowded situations, I mean while walking along an empty sidewalk, trying to step out of elevators etc. No "sorry" or "excuse me".
Fans of other teams, by contrast , very polite, friendly (even 'bama!)
It's so apparent when you're interacting with fans of different 14 teams at the same event.
I'm ecstatic that both UK and Tenn were bounced out yesterday.

Kentucky is a Yankee state. They aren't southern at all

Kentucky entitlement > Bama entitlement

Almost unimaginable that UK BB fans could display more entitlement mentality than Bammer FB fans.
Didn't think that was possible.

Me neither. I think it's the same as someone who gets in numerous vehicle accidents but are never "at fault". While maybe its not your "fault", you're doing something wrong still.

I live in Kentucky and that sounds about right all the fans are old rich folks that buy up the seats at rupp. Sad to say but numerous fans say that if they should turn down the NIT like they are too good for it and don't deserve to be embarrased since they are defending national champs. I'm fine with that tho. Another open spot for LSU but no all of them are bad.

The two dumbest fanbases in all of college sports are Alabama football fans and Kentucky basketball fans. True story.

I've been to the games at the ACC tournament through the UNC-FSU game last night.
Maryland fans are pretty fricking obnoxious.

So I'm doing something wrong when I try to step off an elevator on the ground floor and an old UK male fan, instead of standing back like everyone else waiting, to allow the elevator to empty, barges right in without looking, forcing me backwards.? You saying elevator etiquette dictates that I stand back allowing a man to come in before I exit?
Are you also saying that when I'm walking on a sidewalk, keeping to one side, I'm wrong by not stepping into the road, in order to allow 4 Kentucky fans walking abreast to continue to occupy the whole sidewalk ?
Those are only 2 examples of several incidents.
I should mention that I'm female, and am used to better manners from men.

She doesn't know how to quote posts so I'm going to assume she doesn't know how to walk either.

She is from England, it is proper English
Anyway, I find it funny she thinks Bama fans are polite...I assume it was a total of 5 of them in town for the tourney
