Yes.... Start by standing. Place your right foot (or left depending on your personal preference) on the toilet seat... Perhaps hunch just a hair which enables the cheeks to partially spread. Then proceed to wipe the mud from your butt.

I dont stand up but i definitely get off the toilet seat, a slight croutch if you will. always felt weird about it too, but i tried whipping sitting down and it just felt wrong
