Smart move by the best of all time...He sees what Freeze and company are doing on the recruiting trail.
Also, as a side note: Siskey coached AJ at St. Paul's in Mobile for a year or two.. Small world

He grew up and went to college in Alabama.. his Wife went to college in the state of alabama.. They probably upped his salary by 100 hundred Gs... It's an opportunity to coach under Saban... Why the frick wouldn't he go ? If anything it speaks to Freeze's eye for talented offensive minds .. He brought the guy out of the high school ranks and into Division 1 football.

Not always true. The behind the scenes guy who has a great relationship with high school coaches can be a great commodity.

I saw him quoted in a few articles after Ole Miss's epic class this past February. He's got Mobile, Al ties and will probably be a pretty good fit at Alabama.
