anyone else excited to watch this year's sec tourney? i think that it will be one of the best ones ever. i know that florida is head and shoulders above the rest but, i think that this one's gonna be more unpredictable than ever.

Nothing tops the 2008 tourney. Worst to first, tornadoes, winning it all on our rivals court.

Probably because anyone can win it. I know Florida is the favorite but the way teams lose on the road and it's at a neutral site(yes Vandy's backyard) anyone can win.

I do not think you'll see maximum effort from Billy in order to win the SECT. I may be wrong but I think he'll just use a few games to get the injured players some work and focus on getting ready for March Madness. I can't believe basketball is almost over.

The only reason it will be any good is because most of the teams are equally bad.

I agree with you outside of the Florida comment. They've lost to Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee this year.
Florida is definitely the most talented team, but there are some bad matchups that look for them if certain teams win. I also don't see Billy D. going all out to win this thing.
It should be a good tourney with many teams being capable of winning this thing outside of State and Auburn who are flat out terrible.

It's wide open to me. Florida won't be playing for a 1 seed nor their tournament lives, so someone else may be able to come in an knock them off.
I think it is as wide open as ever. Any of the top 10 teams or so have a decent shot at winning a few.

The one adverse affect of UK down is that the ticket prices have dropped by about half from where they were early in the season. This is the year to not buy the schools allotments if your are not getting top donor seats.
