A solid mid major coach with a history of evaluating and developing talent. We aren't getting Shaka Smart or a Brad Stevens level coach so think a notch below those guys.

I want to get a coach who is going to recruit kids who are going to be on campus at least 4 years, are all state in high school because they have ridiculously good fundamentals and are good teammates but the huge programs like UK don't recruit because they won't start their first year.


That is what teams like Butler, VCU and all them do and shite, they seem to be doing alright
