If UGA would have won the last 4 games that were decided by a possession, what would be the thoughts on CMF?

I'll admit, I'm not a huge fan of this dude, but we are playing the frick out of defense. Is this dude earning a spot in Athens, or is it time to GTFO?

There's a lot of idiots on here who want to fire him, but he's doing a great job.

The guy has to get some recruiting help. I'm curious to see where UGA is ranked in the NCAA in defense.

Yeah, all UGA coaches should be given lifetime contracts. To even think otherwise is to be a Tech fan.

That is a bit of a stretch. He is certainly not the worst thing to happen to UGA basketball but he sure as hell is not the greatest. He can't recruit and it is killing him, unless this magically changes he will be mediocre at best for the remainder of his tenure.

KCP was a pretty big recruit. We went down to the wire with Tony Parker against UCLA. UGA does not and has not had a program where we should be able to recruit with UK, KU, Duke, UNC, Cuse, UCLA,and many more. Defense will keep us in games even against the best. I just hope KCP comes back for one more year.

This could determine the fate of our program. If KCP comes back next year, they're a tourny team.

I agree the biggest recruit since Lou Williams.
I'm not saying we need to load up on 5 stars every year, it would be nice but not realistic. If we could consistently land some 4 star guys like 1 or 2 a year we would be fine. Unfortunately we get 2-3 star guys and they take forever to develop.

Fox should take a page from the Bo Ryan school if coaching. Wisconsin never gets elite talent, or anything really close to it, so they recruit tough guys with a chip on their shoulder and are probably the best defensive team in the country from a big conference this season. Play defense and shoot well from long range.....it has taken Wisconsin a long, long way. Winning at Indiana is nothing to sneeze at and I could see them in the Final Four.
