with my crazy bullshite method I totally just came up with
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
Football 10 points (school claimed only please)
Basketball 8 Points
Baseball 6 Points
All Others 2 Points
CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS (for the sake of our SWC, Metro and Big 12 alumni, yes we'll allow them to count, so that means SoCon titles for some charter members)
Football 5 Points
(for all others, either tourney or regular season, but +1 if you win both in a given year)
Basketball 4 points
Baseball 3 Points
All Others 1 Point
OFFSEASON!!!!!!!
MATH!!!!!

Alabama score: 454
Football contributes: 285 pts
What I REALLY want to discover is what schools we may otherwise overlook has a crazy point total. (I still expect MSU and Ole Miss to bring up the rear)

? hardly a fap threat when UF has over 100 SEC titles, Those alone put Florida over Alabama, plus Arkansas' track and field dynasty and their basketball team should put them over Alabama.

Actually I like the way it's ranked. Football is obviously the most prestigious NC therefore it should be ranked highest
