Like Saban did with DJ Hall? Some of the lazy kids with lots of talent will never make it in the NFL because of their mental make-up and work ethic--I think most NFL teams appreciate a "heads-up" from college coaches on kids like this. Plus it sends a message to younger players...you don't bust your tail for this team, and we will black-ball you in the NFL. Win-win.
