This is correct The Rebs count attendance on number of tickets sold while MSU counts tickets taken up at the gates. My neighbor is a Reb that went to baseball and basketball games on Saturday. He said he didn't think there were 3K at the game on Saturday. Said it was quite chilly. For what that's worth. T

That is paid attendance on everyone(including us). Not actual...

We had actual attendance in the 3-4k range all weekend...

Well cool then. If I had looked more closely at our numbers I would have known we didn't have that many fannies in the seats either. We do count actual butts in the seats too though. Wasn't dogging. Just passing along what's Reb friend had said.

There were more than 2k students alone.

But I agree, there wasn't a lot actual, but it was more than 3k. Probably between 4 and 5k on Saturday.

Your coaches are really hard to like; But your program has a storied history deserving of respect and admiration.

One of these is not like the other... Would have been better to compare us to ULL. They're up there in attendance, too.

I agree. I would think we could renovate the existing structure and then extend the grandstands down the foul lines and build more skyboxes. Leave the outfield as is...I think I would stop supporting MSU athletics if they did away with the left and right field lounge. The way we do it is unique and imo the best tradition in all of college baseball. Really enhances the game experience

I would never want to lose the origional part of the stadium. Then we would lose all the history of that place. Renovating and expanding DNF is the only way to go. The only place it is landlocked is on the south side next to the Hump. Every other side is parking lots. I think a complete demolition would envoke a riot

So, you are happy with 2000+ empty chairbacks at every game -- minus maybe Super Bulldog Weekend and a potential regional/super regional? Because that is what we will have from now on with the lifetime seats. In fact, the number will continue to go up as that date gets further into our rearview.

There was over 3k just in the outfield. But yes, just the grandstand and without the diamond club or students, 3k is about right

Pretty sure everyone reports paid attendance. If you think we averaged over 6k last weekend, you are insane.
