most likely since there are so many games being played, no way most pollsters would be able to have an idea of how a team looks right now.
that said, I agree with what theGarnetWay said. our errors were bad and led to unearned runs.
I'm hoping it was just jitters cause we are usually a solid defensive team.

and the Coaches Poll. There are about 5 or so that anyone even cares about and we were tops in 3 of them.

Well USC is not getting bashed for losing to Liberty. I know they didn't talk shite like we did and the won some titles but you know deep down you all just get more out of Arky tripping because it is so rare. In other words, you're desperate to be our rival. Sorry, can't happen.

this is 99% of the reason and the other 1% is because Liberty is a solid team.
and no, I'm not just saying that because we lost to them. they won 41 games last year and I will bet that they will be in the postseason again this year.

Under the assumption Arky baseball started in the 1890s or so and has yet to win a national title I consider "tripping" nearly 120 times a little more than a rare occurrence.

1923 was our first baseball season. We've been to the CWS 7 times so far.
SCar had been 8 times before finally winning a title. 116 years of baseball with no title.

Exactly, you guys could be due. However, I like interpreting those factual numbers as:
Arkansas has been to the CWS 7 times in it's 89 year program. South Carolina has been to the CWS 6 times, in the last 11 years.
