Given that you are unsure and have to ask this question, the answer is probably no.

Most people that settle in Missouri came from states like Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana(French settlers). That's why Missouri was divided like it was. Most of it's population came from the south, brought slaves to Missouri. That's why it was a slave state with free states surrounding it.

A very large chunk of settlers came straight from Germany. People with German ancestry are the largest group in Missouri. From the Missouri Wiki:

The five largest ancestry groups in Missouri are: German (27.4 percent), Irish (14.8 percent), English (10.2 percent), American (8.5 percent) and French (3.7 percent).

The main reason Missouri sided with the Union was because of these Germans and their disdain for slavery.

How this relates to Arkansas and Missouri being rivals, I'm not really sure. Does Arky have a large French or Polish popluation??

I can enjoy a good rivalry game even if the teams aren't that good. Egg Bowl is still fun to watch when they're both 4 win teams.

I can't say I'd watch Arkansas and Missouri play unless they were both top 10.

I heard that Kikko Haydar's great great grand pappy kicked those Yankees out of our state all by himself. (Those Union soldiers whined about it as well)

OOhhhh-K? Your quote up there doesn't quite match the gif you provided, it seems your little Kikko man is, well for the lack of better terms, getting his arse kicked as well as commiting a reach in foul.

the refs were never better than last Saturday. They did give a few too many fouls to Kikko though.

I'll give props to that little fella. He's a gamer. Even though he didn't get called for nearly half the reach in fouls he actually committed. Including the one on Alex Oriakhi.

I usually avoid the ridulous, but if you think Arky dominated Mizzou in that game.......

One wonders how you can even spot a misspelling in another poster's post. You are quite myopic in recognizing your own.
