Which University in Your State is 2nd-tier?

Which school does your school laugh at because they want to be your school? Your school meaning your alma mater, current school, or favorite school sport wise.
I took a stab at it:
Florida - My guess would be FSU
Georgia - definitely Georgia Southern
South Carolina - ?
Tennessee - ?
Kentucky - Louisville?
Mississippi - Southern Miss?
Louisiana - La Tech?
Arkansas - Arky State?
Texas - Texas A&M?
Alabama - Auburn?

I hate to defend Auburn but they aren't a second-tier school at all. They have a top 15 football program historically for Christ's sake. A better example to use would be UAB or Troy.

No. Southern, easily. Tech has world class academics. The only thing world class about Southern is the sub-Saharan Africa levels of STDs on their campus.

GT only cares about UGA. We couldn't care less about them. In fact Kennesaw State will be a tougher game for UGA once their football program is up and going.
