Huh? UNC has been blown out once by the number one team in the Nation (at the time)

Without lottery picks he's a below average coach

Stansbury called and he'd like your stellar coaching evaluation back.

Not the biggest Cal fan ever (do not think he is a top five coach). But you have to at least give him credit for developing these kids into lottery picks.

I would love to know where these seven five stars are. Goodwin, Poythress, Wiltjer, and Caluey-Stein =/= seven.

Cauley-Stein wasn't a five star, but Harrow was.

Calipari don't develop jack. He has former nba players as assistants who develop. All cal does is micro manage and talk to media

Huh?

I'll give Cal credit for developing players like Harrellson, Liggins, and Miller... But most of these five stars would have been lottery picks coming out of high school.

I said some. There are some very good basketball posters around here but they're few and far between. It's no coincidence most of them are keeping their mouths shut either.

Miami and Indiana have both run UNC out of the gym...

Multiple = more than once

Answer the question ****... Is Roy Williams a bad coach too ?

Cal is a decent developer of talent and X's and O's coach, but he's not an elite one. His biggest strength is and has always been recruiting. Combine the fact that he's an adequate bench coach and above everyone else at recruiting, and you have a formula for success.

Calipari is an awesome college coach.

Losing his best player has a lot to do with his team looking "bad".

Get a grip.

You'll have to excuse the Georgia fan. I imagine it's hard to recognize good coaching when they haven't had one in basketball since Tubby Smith.

Calipari is a successful coach but is just an opportunist taking advantage of the "one and done" rule. IMHO he is the poster child for much that is wrong with college basketball. Not his fault, necessarily, since he did not make the eligibility rules, but don't try to sell him as a great coach. Not sure how much "development" can be done over the span of a few months with players who have no intention of playing beyond their freshman year.

68-59 is not a blowout, especially when Miami shot 8 free throws when UNC was fouling late. Miami did wax their arse the second time. However, that's a great Miami basketball team. Tennessee lost to UGA and is up 25. Calipari is sitting down and couldn't care less.

Garbage.

Then explain his success pre one and done rule?
