Strong showing in Hoover beating Auburn and Ole Miss and losing twice to LSU, including a heart breaker in an elimination game on Friday. Now it's on to the regionals at Florida St. Our first game will be Friday afternoon against Troy.

Do we really want to torture ourselves with a season long thread?

Yes, because when we shock the world and go to Omaha we'll want this to look back on.

And if we don't do that, one big thread is better than a bunch of small ones?

Nice way to start the season tonight with an 8-3 win. Eight runs is good for us against anybody, and we started getting to their starter who posted a sub-3.00 ERA last season and rallied from a 3-0 deficit to get the win. Turnbill had a shaky start, but we had a couple of very encouraging performances in relief. Can't win them all if you don't win the first

Glad to get the win!Mikey White went 4 for 5 and Ray Castillo looked great in relief.Turnbull did look shaky but hopefully that was just first game jitters.

Hopefully the BS Sarah Patterson junk hasn't taken away the coolest part of our games, drinking in right field and having a good view of the game.

It looks like it will

Liked what I saw tonight though

The offense has certainly been encouraging in these first two games.

This is probably a really stupid question, but where is the central place on the web that people go to find live baseball updates? It's clearly NOT ESPN.

I saw that site but it looked sort of rinky dink.

Well college baseball isn't all mainstream yet, so rinky dink has to do That site does a great job though, it's reliable.
