Rick Ray wasn't a good hire we should have got someone with head Coaching experience. Someone like Kermit Davis Jr.

No, we were that the last 2 years. Every game that is on tv the announcers talk about how Ray is working hard and has had to change the perception of the program. Which was a laughing stock thanks to Stans. I guess you forgot the WWE match in the stands.

We've been that. Everyone was laughing when we kept Sid. Everyone was laughing when we ended last season losing 7 out of our last 9 and miserably losing to Massachusetts in the NIT. We were talented enough to make an Elite 8 run but couldn't even make the NCAA tournament.

It is a fact that with 6 scholarship players and 2 walk-ons Rick Ray won more SEC tournament games than Stans did with arguably his most talented team.
