I wouldn't bet on that.

Nobody said anything about betting on it. Let the season play out. Nothing I hate more than the fan that doesn't follow baseball only to come in here and get worked up by losing to the top 2 teams in the country.

Not saying that is you but people are applying that all across the board. Follow baseball and you understand why these two series aren't make or break or even indicative of where we stand against the rest of the conference.

Another disappointing loss.... Just getting tired of seeing AU teams get beat up on by SEC opponents

Top team in the country, not much we can do about it. Tomorrow is winnable with LSU having weaker pitching on Sundays.

True but half of the SEC is in the top 15. We have to at least win a game or two against these teams. There is no doubt we are the best at leaving the bases full this season

Well, when Pawlowski refuses to commit to anything other than small ball that's what happens... Blow an out or two every inning just to get a guy to third and that'll happen a lot

I'm not even sure the practices are good anymore.

Paws has a good resume outside of Auburn as a hitting coach, but it's just not a good match. Not sure if he just lucked into a gold mine of talent but after he took us to a regional host I was sure he was the guy. That team was legitimately good.

Are we to the point where it is acceptable to wear bags over our heads to games?

People did it to the football games

Might as well do it at every sporting event

I don't keep up with baseball at all, which is good cause it looks like we suck pretty bad

Baseball's a much more intimate atmosphere

It's one thing to have 10 or 20 people out of 85,000 wearing them, but even one person in 2,000 is easy enough to be seen by players if they stick out enough.

Not the time or place to do it imo

And just a reminder to everyone, the Bama series starts tomorrow and runs through Saturday. No game on Easter Sunday.

This shite is pathetic. Can we go ahead and fire this staff and hire an actual baseball coach?
