Florida easily. They've been really good in all three major sports. LSU has sucked for the most part at basketball with the exception of the fluke final four run in 2006.

If we're taking an overall best, it'd have to be Florida.

Last 20 years give or take if you want since 1987 or 1988. I just hate when somebody would argue 1950's championships are relevant other than for historical signifigance.

I would say conference expansion in 1992 would be a more relevant reference date.
