Favorite steak (cut), and doneness (rare, mr, m, mw, w, burnt)

I like a ribeye for the fat/flavor content.

Next a strip, though can be tough.

Then filet (tenderloin) - tender but sometimes bland.

Porterhouse (strip and tenderloin)

T-Bone (combination strip/small piece of tenderloin)

All medium-rare.

Ribeye first, filet next, T-Bone. All medium well to well.

Any of those up to medium well or just medium.
