GA helmets?

i dont know if anyone had posted this but came across this the other day and thought it would be cool.. was wondering if anyone had any more info about if yall were going to use these next season?

nevermind, completely misread the post that i found it on.. guy was designing them for fun... anyways they look pretty cool, UGA should look into that..

We appreciate the consideration, but we don't change uniforms/helmets weekly. 
As a matter of fact, any straying from the traditional silver britches, red helmet/jersey is a bit of a sore spot.

Stil love our black jersey's...look great with red helmets and silver britches...too bad many throw a hissy fit if we even think about wearing em.

I wish we would bring out a white helmet with white pants for an away game some time. I think an all white uni would look kinda cool.

Don't know bout white helmets but the rest of the all white would be a good look...hate to admit but I thought GT's white helmets look pretty cool

GT's white helmets looked really good on TV from a distance, but when they showed them up close, the honeycomb pattern made it look a little weird. I did like them overall though

Talking bout the all white they had a few yrs back (Calvin Johnson was playing) don't like the honeycomb crap.

I hated the second one - the one with the weird football shape on it - but the others look pretty cool. I don't have a problem with getting new unis that look all high speed. I just hate when they don't update the look. Look at the Broncos, those unis were pretty sweet in '99, but now they just look like a high school team.

There is just too much stygma around them now. The only way we could wear the black jersey's and not come off looking like "desperate for a win jackasses who need a gimmick to get up for a big game" is if we replace one of our others with them for a whole season. And then release an official statement saying this is our new (road/home) jersey for this year.
FWIW, I like the notion of it. But I couldn't decide on which color to get rid of.
