Reuben Foster's father arrested in Florida

Danny Foster shot his wife, Anita Berry Paige & 18-month old son Reuben in 1995. The boy was wounded in his back. Foster was indicted by a Randolph County grand jury in 1006 and fled the state before being arrested in California. He escaped the jail in December of 1996.

I bet Reuben doesn't buy him a house when he gets his NFL contract.
But, at least this gives Vern something to talk about for the next 3 years.

My Lord that's awful. Goes to show you never know some of the things that some of these young men have been through. I'm sure ole Verne will get a lot of mileage out of this

I wondered why Reuben didn't have a father figure. No wonder he took up with Trooper. I hope our coaches provide what he needs to become a good man.

I'm just speculating here but it's possible that Reuben has known very little if any about this until today

Kipp Adams of ESPN tweeted while ago that Reuben had told him previously about the shooting but not that his father was still on the run.

Just read that. This kid is going through a lot. I hope he gets the help he needs.
