The timing of this game is bad news for OM I have a feeling.

LSU has played their worst football of the year in November just about every year under Les, and OM has been the beneficiary of that. Mid October LSU is almost always a different beast than the late November version for whatever reason.

Agreed

I believe this timing has worked to Arkansas advantage over ours more times than not since the SEC directly created this thanksgiving rivalry 20 years back.

Most seasons,Arkansas seems to catch their stride in the middle to latter part of the season. They have beat some injury riddled LSU squads.

Old Myth wins it. And just as with their new signing class..

Tom Petty's 'Even the Losers Get Lucky Sometimes'..rings out as the theme music.

[quote]I think it will take at least a year if not more for some if not all of our new recruits to put on the weight and get accustomed to the speed of the SEC.

That statement I agree with. Doubtful the Rebs can stay within single digits next year. The LSU offense will match the production of the '07 team IMO. Defense will be fine by the Ole Miss game. The Rebs should be better but not division contender better. 2014 should find the Rebs ready to contend for the division.

You should be focused on bammer. They are the two-time defending champs. That's where you'll find out out about your program.

Ole Miss wins. Les Miles makes his more talented team look like a jv team because of his calls. It is how he rolls....until Bama game time. Only then does he channel an iota of coaching

When is Ole Miss LSU not close? Out of all the years we've played very few games have been blowouts. A lot seem to forget that.

You do realize it's February right?

I think the game will be within somewhere within the range of 14 points one way or the other.

How could someone even attempt to guess at this?

Why is ole miss so worried about the LSU game? Just because you have a hyped up class doesn't translate to wins in this league.

I can't believe we're thinking about the LSU game next season!

I see LSU winning by more than 14 and will do a lot better than most people are predicting.
