found it

Lorenzo Carter quote:

quote:

"I've been talking to Auburn for awhile. Coach Garner talked to my high school coach and told him I had an offer from Auburn," Carter said. "I was happy, excited. I have a lot of people around me that are big Auburn fans. It was exciting.

I understand the concern but having a Bama guy as the coach for Nkemdiche did us alot of good in the end didnt it?

Gotta be honest, i'm not OVERLY impressed with Carter's film anyway. He doesn't just blow me away off the ball, then when he gets to the backfield he doesn't wrap the qb up. Also, his measurables aren't just amazing. I don't think he's the number 3 prospect in the nation

Thought the same, Hand is good though, let's hope if anything Dede helps him realize how bad of shape VT is in and look south but NOT to AU lol

Wasn't blown away by Carter's film either TBH. But he did put up huge stats against very good Georgia high school competition. Measureables are impressive IMO

Your spontaneous face bleeding scared Vanderdoes away. Get that under control before we lose more recruits.

Watch his Junior Highlights I have linked on the 1st page.

He plays RDE for his 3-4 high school team.

So is the 14 class going to win the signing day championship?

I'll go back and read through the thread because these questions answers are probably already posted but here goes.

Do we go more on offense or defense; which positions are of highest need.

I would think we will need to sign heavy on oline, safety will be a huge need, cornerbacks and we always need LB's . What other priorities? Seems like we will only take 1-2 (Bo) at most Rb's .

Also, thanks to those who provide the info, really appreciate the efforts!

Just based on probability, I'd say we have to have a down year sometime. I'm going to make my prediction now.

Rivals: 5
ESPN: 9

With whats on the board for us, I cant see us being any lower than 3, and that's only if we take a small class.

We should sign a full class due to Seniors graduating and Juniors leaving early. Of course, a little extra "processing" will have taken place as well.

I'll dance like that if we could land Hand, Carter, Andrew Brown, Cornwell, and Frazier.
