Two things I've learned in this thread.
1. lsu is butthurt over a small college's baseball team that was able to have a few more players touch home plate more than the LSU players did
and
2. aTm and Mizzou still consider their old Big 12 brethren as their rivals.

Yea not gonna lie I'm still butt hurt over that game. One call cost us that game because 3 plays later yall drove down the field and pretty much won the game.

It would have been common courtesy for them to at least try once they got to Omaha.

This reminds me of a couple of years ago inexplicably the NCAA picked UGA over Bama for the NCAA tourney (screw RPI ratings, we beat them twice in the last few weeks of the season) and then I had to sit back and watch Georgia get run out of the gym against Washington. ok,ok, it was only about a 4 point loss, but they were down about a dozen with a few minutes to play.

Bama didn't drop out of the conference their main instate rival is in to now call it an OOC rival.

There's no need for any butthurt. If you have to fault anyone, fault Coach Freeze for calling a play out of shotgun on that 4th and inch play in the 4th quarter.
With regards to the "safety," the correct call was made on the field and upheld on the challenge. The rule is just the inverse of what the rule is on offense. See where the ball is in your picture? He may have been tackled in the end zone, but at that point ball was on the half-yard line, right where the referees spotted it.
Ole Miss played a hell of a game. See y'all at the Grove in the fall.
