If it happens and we lose Tunsil I am not going to claim that Ole Miss is cheating. I have been around long enough to know that college football and the SEC go through cycles. Bama sucked not long ago, LSU sucked not long ago, we sucked under Ray Goof. Look at Tennessee. They won the BCS 12 years ago and looked unstoppable. Eventually the conference evolves and you are seeing it right now. Sumlin at TA&M and Freeze at Ole Miss. The perfect storm is brewing at Ole Miss. They have the right coach that is not going to leave, a system that kids want to play in, a fan base that is as passionate and enthusiastic as any about winning. The town is second to none in the SEC. The women are hot. It is the cool place to go right now. Freeze is a born leader and will have this team competing soon. It all starts with a spark and that was Denzel Nkemdiche. Give them credit and dont hate. I like Richt but would I rather have someone like Freeze that has united a fan base and makes the game fun again? Yes. Ole Miss is about to change the SEC. Deal with it

Shitty thread title.

With that said, I agree. I don't think OM is cheating anymore than the rest of us. They are pumping out snakeoil at a fast pace and have the kids buying in. Good for them.

I agree 110%. My only addition to it would be to advise Ole Miss, UGA, Bama, or even North Dakota; is to not count any chickens before they have hatched. I know we all feel like certain kids are "LOCKS" to our chosen school, but the fact remains that 4 full days until NSD is an ETERNITY. Just my $0.02.

Good luck to all of you guys for NSD, but not too much good luck.

I was going to post something similar, but I'm an OM fan and it wouldn't resonate as well.

Excellent job.

When you are going for top guys the competition will not quit until the ink is dry.

I expect drama between now and NSD.

You never "had" him to lose. He's never been committed - silent or otherwise - to any school.

I get your sentiment and it is an admirable approach, but you shouldn't feel like you "lost" the kid. At best he's been a lean to UGA. At best.
