Bank with Compass and was supposed to be payed today? Well you might be screwed

Its 10:45 am and my direct deposit still hasnt gone through. Apprently this is a system wide issue. Compass is mighty slow anyway. Time to switch to a credit union like Legacy.

I have been with Compass (actually it was Central Bank when I started) for over 20 years and their service has really started to suck. I blame that stupid bowl they sponsor.

I bank with a local credit union and don't think I've had a major issue with them in the close to 20 years I've been with them.

I used Americas First for a long time. When I moved back to Alabama I went with BB&T because they have a branch a 1/4 mile from my driveway. Credit unions are better than banks in every aspect I can think of.

I bank at Compass and I use the branch on University. I will never step foot into the McFarland branch ever again. The service was awful and the tellers were unprofessional. I mentioned this to the branch manager at the University branch and he was pretty sure they violated protocol.

Regions pissed me off to. Closed my personal acct with em and moved to alabama telco credit union..very happy with them. Still got biz acct with regions only cuz they are very close to office vs 7 miles with credit union and I make daily deposits
