He was a 5 star coming out of high school. Is it possible he makes an impact, or has his ability to play/practice since he's been at AU been too inconsistent for him to have developed into an asset?

Regardless, I think it's a great story and the kid has overcome a lot.

He'll have a chance to compete. As bad as we've been, we're deep and talented at tackle with Coleman, Robinson, Young, Miller, etc. But he'll have his chance to compete, especially at RT with Young and Miller. I think Robinson has LT locked down, but everybody will get their fair shot with a new staff.

He is firmly behind Robinson so he may never play.

He could move inside to LG now that Sullen's gone too.

Coleman has four years of eligibility left... Robinson has three. If coleman is talented enough, he'll get his shot at RT though.

I would think that being second behind Robinson last year will give him a fair shot at taking the spot from him this year. Robinson wasn't awful but he didn't lock down his left tackle spot like we hoped he would last year.
