I guess being reminded daily how they were #2 in the nation in spite of being the best team in LSU history and falling short to a last minute screen pass to an over rated Alabama team was really the crippling blow that processed LSU ...the slide will continue.

I was going to say something, but I remember charging the field in TS when LSU beat 11th ranked UT in overtime. I still have sod in a bag at my house.

Honestly, considering the weakness of the LSU offense, Clemson should have won by much more. The fact that it was such a close game tells you how much better the LSU defense was compared to the Clemson defense.

Agreed; LSU's offensive execution was putrid. Defense (as usual) played its arse off. Didn't Clemson have 2x the amount of plays we did? Offense must get its head out of its arse for us to accomplish anything this year.

I just saw some highlights of that game for the first time, and wow, Tahj Boyd and their WRs made some ridiculous plays with LSU defenders in good position. Gotta give it to them. Cant believe Les didnt give it to 33 in the second half, though.
