Complete urethral stricture demanding an emergency dilation + catheter. Dilation feed goes wrong, wire feed kinks and ties itself into a knot. Upon extraction, urethral tear of about .75". 3 month recovery.

Between some hellish itching / burning sensation after a good sunburn. My skin just feels like it's trying to slough off actively. Either that, or the few gallbladder attacks I've had. Those suck......

Pole vaulting junior year in high school. Started to go up, started drifting to the side so I tried to bail on the jump. Not a good idea when the pole is bent a good bit, because it's going to have to bend back. Hit me square in the dick. I couldn't walk properly for a good two days.

Dislocation of my thumb along with tearing of all ligaments in said thumb.
Surgery and physical theraphy required for 3 months.
I have never been in more pain than the day after surgery.
