She was lead investigator for the Frank Haith portion, only. How does that make sense? Bring in the ku person to investigate the Mizzou coach and that is it? You'd think she would at least get everything that was associated with the basketball program, not just the head coach.

Between having her investigate the Josh Selby case (kU player), the Shabazz Muhammad case (player who spurned kU for UCLA, and the case she was fired for, for breaching fiduciary duty), and then the basketball portion of the Miami case, which gave her an opportunity to sling mud at her alma mater's arch rival?

Yeah, the NCAA asked for this. Next question is....who leaked the allegations a few days ago? Was it her, using info from anyone in the NCAA that will still talk to her? Trying to get that mud slung on Mizzou's coach before the whole case tanked? Or could it have been Missy Conboy, a representative on the NCAA enforcement committee from Notre Dame - who went to kU and was a student athlete there? And who allegedly supported this rogue investigator in her pursuit of Haith?

Check out this late-night post on Tigerboard from a connected Tiger in Florida....
Interesting Info...

Y'all should also read Burwell's article at stltoday.com. Some great points there about Haith and his reputation.

Good article by Burwell, aside from not listing a third choice of "no wrong doing," by Haith while HC at Miami.

Also comment section "Mizzou awaits decision by kU"

Semo, there are only two sides that could, one being Haith and his lawyers and the other being the investigation commitee. We know it wasn't Haiths side. That only leaves one other possibility.

Whats interesting is how the NCAA could appoint someone with such a shady past in such an important position?
