First, what EXACTLY has he done that would merit punishment in all this post-Heisman hoopla?
Second, A&M would be the one dropping the hammer if such an event ever arose. The NCAA doesnt step in on legal violations by players unless it is systemic and covered up.

Nobody is saying y'all are paying him. There just seems to be a pattern of him showing up with "high" profile and questionable people at various events/clubs, courtside seats at numerous games(yes aggies i have heard from y'all that he comes from money but that doesn't mean he isn't getting some additional benefits that he shouldn't be getting as a college athlete) etc.
Some of the events could be in relation to his Hesiman trophy stuff but they may not be either.
Terrell Pryor and the North Carolina football players come to mind.

I couldn't care less about the fact that he likes to party. I like to party too. I like JFF. But, I hope he is not hanging out with the wrong crowd. Vultures like to watch people like him fail.
