I would swap scout and rivals but that is just my opinion. Rivals does a poor job evaluating talent in the South imo.

Rivals is easily the 2nd best service out there, just because they have 2 of your guys lower doesnt make the whole service crap. They are leaps and bounds better than scout and espn is just a complete joke. Might as well reference Max preps.
