Not fake... Roseydouche just jumped the gun "officially"... for the 9021834091324th time. He did this last year on Richie and Beniquez Brown's OVs to MSU(even though in reality they did commit to coaches at that point).
Basically, he's ruining these kids' moment...and he's the only MSU writer(they all have the same sources and information) with too little class to wait and allow these kids to announce their own way on their own time...

So it's fake. Until its official its not a commitment. Don't give me the silent crap either.

We've never had an "official" commitment on Saturday of a weekend OV under Dan Mullen. Patience grasshopper -- or let the butthurt flow, whichever you prefer...

I'm just saying it was a fake commitment. He hasn't committed yet so nothing has really changed from before this weekend. He could go to MSU. I haven't followed his recruitment closely. But as of now he is still uncommitted.
From what I've seen it's all based on former MSU players saying he's going to be the next great DB at MSU. Which means absolutely nothing.

He text our Scout site saying he was committing to MSU, so it came directly from him at least once -- That's when he was added to the class on Scout.
He later recanted that saying he isn't committed yet.
I see it all as a setup to make a big splash announcement -- probably on ESPN given how highly they've got him ranked. We will see.

why would he text a recruiting website to tell them he's committing to State, but not want anybody to know about it until he has his announcement? That story makes no sense

No one has ever officially committed to MSU on a Saturday of an OV. They don't meet with Mullen until Sunday morning, and that's when we generally find out for sure.
In this case, I could see ESPN asking him to wait to go "official" until they could get a camera in front of him. He is their #4 overall recruit, after all.
