help to reassure that Bama should win tonight. Ole Miss wore out Pitt that took ND to 2 OTs, Ga.Tech trounced USC and ATM punished Oklahoma. ND hasn't seen the quality of the opponent they'll see tonight. Bama by 21.

ND by 3. Bama hasn't met anyone that can stop their run game like ND came.

ND hasn't seen an OL nearly as good as ours is.

You know, ND hasn't played anyone with a line or a power running game like Bama.

As is usual with ND, they normally line up with superior talent because they recruit pretty well. Today they line up without that advantage.

Will be very surprised if Bama doesn't eclipse ND avg rushing yards given up by halftime. Also, those double teams that ND are used to seeing on some of their down lineman will be the exception today and not the rule. Their LBs will not have free run to fill a hole as they did against the likes of Pitt and most other teams they played.

Bama is going to roll these guys and will be gashing them on the ground as the game goes on.

I wouldn't be surprised if ND ends up with less than 275 yards in total offense.

ROLL TIDE!!!

PITTSBURGH

RUSHING: Ray Graham 24 rushes 177 yards, 7.2 avg., long 55, 1 touchdown; Rushel Shell 1 rush, 2 yards; Tino Sunseri 8 rushes, minus-30 yards, -3.8 avg., long 6

PASSING: Tino Sunseri 19 completions, 29 attempts, 164 yards, 1 touchdown, long 43.

Looks like the average Pitt back gained 177 yards on that great defense. Wonder what Yelden and Lacy will do to them???:

LSU is ranked 10th in rush defense and Bama put up 139 yds and 2 TD's

ND is ranked 4 in rush defense facing Navy as the best rush offense they faced all season. Navy rushed for 146 yds and had two starters out for the opening game.

A little research goes a long way. You can't will your team to win just like you can't will Bama to lose.

Not really. Jones might ve at 95% but that's it. He played with one leg and still did what he wanted against UGA. Jones isn't even our best one.

Why? If Bama wins by 1, do you think anyone is going to care that one Bama fan thought they would win by 21? All that matters is leaving with the W. Do that, and you hoist that crystal football for the 3rd time in 4 years and you become the only team in the BCS era to win back-to-back.

One point or 21 points, they still have to call you champion. "Bookmaked" only matters if ND wins.

Both teams won a couple of games they should've lost.

It's not uncommon.

Our close games were at least against good teams.

ND is #4 in rush defense with TWO touchdowns allowed the entire season.

A&M is #35. Not sure where you got your ranking but it's wrong. LINK

Obviously an Aggie here but Bama could have had 175+ against the Ags if they rushed the ball instead of passing so much in the first half.

Not sure why Bama kept throwing the ball so much early in the A&M game. A few series Bama threw he ball 2 out of 3 plays. If you guys come out throwing against ND like you did against A&M then this game can be close.

By the end of the A&M game the Ags were so concerned about Bama rushing that it opened up the deep ball - TWICE.

If you guys throw it a lot then you deserve to lose.

Probably Warmack. He'll easily be drafted higher.
