Been doing pretty good so far. Aside from this week, I'm usually in the gym 4 days a week. 15 minutes of cardio, then alternate legs/arms M/W T/Th

Not seeing the results quite as quickly as I would like, but I guess that comes with getting older!

About to go run 3 miles. I can tell it's getting easier each time I run.

Been running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then go play tennis with my gf on Saturday or Sunday. Really liking this added endurance I'm getting.

The only two supplements I've been taking is two preworkouts, AdreNOlyn CUTS that has a thermogenic in it and AcidsPre 3 in 1

I weighed in st 273.4 lbs this morning.

Gotta make some changes. I want to be 225 by the end of 2015. Anyone else want to make some improvements or changes this year?

January is when I try to stay away from the gym and do stuff on my own.

I've let myself go since taking a job with a lengthy commute that obliterated any free time I had available to workout. I'll take New Year's to rededicate myself to getting in fighting shape.

Yeah, I'll be working out at home too. Diet and consistency are gonna be my focus, one foot in front of the other.

i'm getting fat as shite, fellas. time to re-commit.

i've eaten horribly and drank a ton for two months straight, probably added a good 5-10 lbs of pure fat and lost a good amount of muscle. i'm for real going to do a full week of a raw vegan diet to like shock my system and withdraw from sugar and processed stuff.

A sudden vegan diet...the shock is going to be on your arse hole, not your system.

Frankly, the a-hole is a key component of the system.

fwiw my girlfriend (who i've lived with for 3 years now) is a vegetarian so i eat vegetarian 80% of the time. the past two months, though, shitload of BBQ and beer.

the travails of traveling a lot for work and the $36 (use it or lose it) per diem. makes it hard to make healthy decisions, especially when the coworker is a bad influence.

Did pretty well all year, up until thanksgiving. Did my first 5k in November (I hate running with a passion). Gotten pretty good at yoga. Time to regroup - bought a new pair of running shoes, so my goal this year is to hate running less.

Car seat curls

My arms were in the best shape of my life besides hs tennis, cheer, dance, etc., when I was toting a car seat w/baby & toddler in it. Worked every muscle in my arms, daily.

Damn has my weight and physique gotten out of control over the last two months. At first, I just told my wife, "I'm bulking up. Getting bigger and stronger." She just smirked at me. Now I can no longer deny it... I bulked up alright. Bulked right into a fatass (okay, not really... still in a 34" waist at 6'2"), but I'm not as lean as I like to be.

So, I'm focusing harder on diet and harder on leaning out. More frequent workouts. More HIIT. Less super heavy low weight sets. I know I can stick with the heavy stuff and still lean out, but I feel like switching up.
