We replace that by rotating a ton of players on the defensive side. Take for instance rasco. As a true fresh,an he played significant snaps last year in the sec cg with Minho Montgomery Adams and lavar edwards all in front of him. Kwon Alexander debo jones Micah Eugene Ronald Martin among many others are guys who are freshman and sophomores who you don't know butlayed significant time. Will all the new guys be ready to go full time? You never know, but when you get on our level your new year starters are seasoned due to game time sec snaps. Chavis doesn't redshirt because (direct quote) if you recruited right they are gone after their junior year anyways. This is what we plan for.

Because LSU has revolving door at DL. Losses at DT aren't as big as the losses at DE though. Tons of Frosh and Sophos at the both that have still played a ton of snaps.

I wouldn't consider Muncie a starter either. He's had two freshman get starts over him (Kwon Alexander and Lamar Louis).

Eugene will be Nickel, the freshmen DBs we have coming in are boss, we got at least 4 recruits coming in that can see time in a rotation at DT or DE along with the backups who were highly rated from previous years.

LSU is built to sustain early entrants into the draft. When you are a consistent top 10 recruiting class you expect several plyers to declare early. We'll be fine.

I really think Tre'davious White will start from day one. Possibly surpassing Collins!

Honestly though, you guys have to be expecting a little drop off from the last two years right? Im not saying you will suck, but you guys are losing more guys than normal this year. who replaces Minter?

yes, most of us expect a dropoff.

Barrow could slide inside to MLB, had around 100 tackles this year at OLB. If not, it will go to a backup. We will have a lot of spots up for grabs but have a lot of talent waiting in the wings.

Our defensive class is freakish. We played 16 freshmen.

LSU stacked, homie.

With all the injuries on the OL that group should be DEEP next year.

He's made plays when he gets to play. Obviously he's been behind two talented guys, but I think he will fill in nicely for them and there won't be a big drop off.

Guy gets some monster qb hits, some of the hardest all year. The ball was gone unfortunately each time.

If he beasts at LSU camp like he did at the Army AA game, he will.

Also, Loston confirmed he is staying via his twitter account so expect him to still be starting at S.
