I agree.

I believe it is hard to have a super high impact from the game from the inside linebacker position.

Te'o is fundamentally sound but athletically weak. Jarvis Jones is better IMO

I can't wait for the first time Warmack pulls and gets Te'o unabated. I might jizz myself.

He's probably got the best football smarts of anyone in the country which I think explains his ints being so high.

In terms of athleticism I'd say he's is good but no where on par with some great linebackers we've payed.

He's a great player no doubt. Doesn't deserve to be the most highly decorated player of all time, but that doesn't really matter on the field.

I'm nervous if Barrett Jones isn't 100% going against there monster nose guard.

Notre dame is huge in the front seven, but not very fast. Yeldon gets to the second level or gets to the corner, he's going to break off some monster runs.

I expect a lot of runs for no gain, and a lot of runs for 15+

Agree. His sob story is the reason he gets so much attention.

TBH Keuchly last year was a much better coverage LB prospect and CJ Mosley might be a top 15 pick after next year in the same role and he's also better imho he is a back end coverage backer very weak against the run he can blitz because of speed no one was able to match at LOS but they are going up against the best OL BY FAR that they have seen all year

Te'o is a very good linebacker. He will be a top 10 pick. He is no Patrick Willis, but he is more complete than Kuechly was last year. I think it is the two outside lbs that are overrated.

Never hurts when you bat down the final pass of the game so it floats and the WR doesn't have time to go anywhere with it when he catches it.

Or you pick off an errant toss to end a drive.

I think N.D.'s DL is key to how he plays. If our OL can get to those 2nd blocks on LBs then Eddie and TJ will have success. If their DL makes Bama's OL stay on their blocks, well I don't want to think about that.I love watching our Linemen peel off and make that 2nd block to seal a hole.
