Even if it takes Alabama 40 years to get to 18, they will be first because Tiger isn't getting to 18 ever.

Bama surpassed 18 when Lance Armstrong was stripped of his 6 titles. They are going for number 21 on Monday.

Well, since Tiger will never get 18 and since Bama has literally the rest of human history to get to 18, I'm going with Bama.
